Our mission is to connect designers, models, and brands worldwide — driving creativity, economic opportunity, and unity from the Motherland to the world stage.
1. Overview
FOTR Vault is a curated global marketplace under Fire On The Runway International, designed to elevate Black and Brown women-owned brands in fashion, beauty, and wellness.
By joining FOTR Vault, vendors gain access to a global platform for visibility, sales, and brand growth.
Important: By registering as a vendor on FOTR Vault, you agree to all terms outlined in this document. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2. Vendor Subscription Tiers
All vendors must select a monthly subscription plan upon registration. Plans may be upgraded or downgraded at any time from the vendor dashboard.

- Product listing access
- Standard marketplace visibility
- Basic dashboard (orders + sales)
- Everything in Starter, plus:
- Sales analytics dashboard
- Priority product placement
- FOTR marketing campaign eligibility
- Social media spotlight opportunities
- Access to vendor training resources
- Everything in Growth, plus:
- Featured homepage placement
- Priority for runway shows & events
- Premium marketing exposure
- Brand spotlight features
- Collaboration opportunities
Subscription Terms
- Billed monthly, beginning on activation date
- Subscription fees are non-refundable
- Vendors may upgrade or downgrade at any time from the vendor dashboard
- Inactive or unpaid subscriptions may result in store deactivation
3. Commission Structure
FOTR Vault applies a tier-based platform commission to completed marketplace sales, based on the vendor's active subscription plan.

All commissions are automatically deducted prior to vendor payout based on the vendor's active plan tier.
4. Vendor Fees
One-Time Store Setup Fee
$49
Charged once at activation — non-refundable
Optional Additional Fees
The following optional services may incur additional fees as offered by FOTR Vault:
- Featured placement opportunities
- Promotional campaigns
- Premium visibility opportunities
5. Payments & Payouts
Payment Processing
All customer payments are processed securely through the FOTR Vault platform.
Payout Schedule
Vendors receive payouts on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
Payout Calculation
Payouts reflect earnings after the applicable plan commission deduction: Starter 20%, Growth 15%, or Elite 10%.
Payment Details
Vendors are responsible for providing and maintaining accurate payment/bank details in their account settings.
6. Vendor Requirements
FOTR Vault is a curated platform and vendor approval is required. All vendors must meet the following standards to join and remain active on the platform:
Operate within approved categories: Fashion, Beauty, and Wellness
Provide high-quality, original products
Use professional product images
Maintain accurate product descriptions and pricing
Keep inventory up to date to avoid overselling or customer disappointment
7. Order Fulfillment
Vendors are solely responsible for all order fulfillment activities. FOTR Vault provides the platform and payment infrastructure; product delivery is the vendor's obligation.
Shipping Window
All orders must be shipped within 3–5 business days of the order being placed.
Tracking Information
Tracking information should be provided to customers through the platform when applicable.
Delay Communication
Vendors must communicate any fulfillment delays promptly to both customers and the FOTR Vault support team.
8. Returns & Customer Experience
Return & Refund Policy
Vendors must clearly state their return and refund policy on their storefront. Policies must be fair and transparent. FOTR Vault does not dictate specific refund terms, but reserves the right to mediate disputes.
Customer Communication
Vendors are responsible for all direct customer communication regarding orders, shipping, and post-purchase support. Timely and professional responses are expected.
Dispute Mediation
FOTR reserves the right to mediate disputes between vendors and buyers. Repeated negative customer experiences — including poor reviews, unresolved complaints, or non-delivery — may result in vendor suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
9. Marketing & Participation
By joining FOTR Vault, vendors agree to participate in the broader FOTR ecosystem and promotional efforts.
Promotional Participation
Vendors agree to participate in promotional opportunities when selected by the FOTR team.
Storefront Promotion
Vendors agree to promote their FOTR Vault storefront through their own channels using FOTR-provided links.
Active Presence
Vendors must maintain an active presence on the platform, regularly updating products, pricing, and inventory.
FOTR Marketing Channels
FOTR may feature vendors across any combination of the following channels at its discretion:
10. Compliance & Removal
FOTR Vault reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove vendors for violations of these policies. Grounds for removal include, but are not limited to:
Poor product quality — products that do not meet the standards described in listings or platform guidelines
Failure to fulfill orders — consistent non-delivery or unacceptable shipping delays
Repeated customer complaints — unresolved disputes, negative reviews, or poor customer service
Counterfeit or prohibited items — selling items that infringe on intellectual property rights or are illegal
Misalignment with brand values — conduct or products inconsistent with FOTR's mission of inclusivity and empowerment
11. Platform Rights
Fire On The Runway International expressly reserves the following rights with respect to FOTR Vault and its vendor community:
Approve or reject vendor applications at our sole discretion, with or without stated reason.
Feature or promote individual vendors at our discretion across any FOTR marketing channels.
Modify platform features, fee structures, or policies with reasonable advance notice to vendors.
12. Limitation of Responsibility
FOTR Vault operates as a marketplace platform connecting vendors with buyers. The following responsibilities rest solely with the vendor:
Product Quality
Vendors are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and accuracy of their listed products.
Order Fulfillment
Vendors bear full responsibility for shipping, delivery, and order fulfillment.
Customer Service
Vendors are responsible for resolving customer inquiries, disputes, and refund requests.
Legal Compliance
Vendors are responsible for compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Disclaimer: FOTR Vault makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the products listed by vendors or the accuracy of vendor-provided information. FOTR's liability arising from or related to vendor activity is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

By registering as a vendor on FOTR Vault, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and policies set forth in this document, including:
